London’s Child

A lonely nurse takes in an infant abandoned on the steps of the London Hospital and names him Ben London. Though he endures life in a workhouse, his heroism during the Great War gives him an entree into the highest echelons of society, and he embarks on a career fuelled by love and revenge.
